ADS Tutorial Videos:
Video 0: Basics of ADS in 10 min. The
video provides a very good introduction to ADS tool. How to create a
project. How to start a new schematic capture and save the results. Very simple
and easy to follow steps.
Video 1: The second part of the previous
video. You build an actual LRC filter circuit and simulate it. This example
uses S-Parameters. The transmission results are plotted using S11 and Smith
Chart to observe the impedance of the circuit.
Video
2: Opening a new project. Creating Transmission lines using
T-connectors and micro-striplines and setting up the substrate. You also use
S-parameter (S11 & S21) analysis in this example.
Video
3: Demonstrating a general point in ADS and customizing a component
and placing it in the schematic. In this example an ideal transmission line is
created. Then the transmission line component is placed in a circuit. In this
example transient analysis is used to show the delay over the transmission
line. A pulse generator is used as the source.
Video 4: Details of S-Parameters analysis. A
bit more advanced.
